At BUTI MVMNT, we believe that every workout should be used to integrate your emotional body + MOVE through life's work. We invite you to be honest, raw, + open with the contents of your mind. With each class you'll select an area of your life that you desire transformation, add that intention to the wall, and get to work. Like tears, sweat too has a purpose. Through this process, we cleanse and release ourselves from that which no longer serves us.Each of our classes incorporates elements of shaking + vibration to help release stored trauma and stimulate cellular reorganization. Music guides our classes like an internal GPS - no more 8 counts or reps. OUR FORMATS

This dynamic yoga practice intuitively blends primal movement with cardio bursts and vibration to tone the body - physically, emotionally + energetically. Classes range 60-75 minutes in a room with ambient temperature ranging between 82-86 F. Caloric burn during this class ranges from 600-900.


Heated with a state of the art infrared heating system, Hot Buti® classes will challenge you to let go of control and stay present in each body movement. This dynamic asana practice places emphasis on deep abdominal engagement, pranayama, balancing postures and primal flow. The ambient temperature of the room ranges 85-90F during class. The body will gradually heat itself to higher temperatures due to the nature of infrared heat. Caloric burn during this class ranges from 600-900.


Setup as a 45 minute class, BURN is designed to get you in and out with an all around workout. Utilizing HIIT intervals, weights, bands, cardio bursts and plyometric movements you will build strength and prevent injury. Included are static yoga poses to stretch and lengthen. You'll get it all in, in this 45 minute burst, the strength and the stretch. BUTI® SCULPT (HIIT Yoga)

This 30 minute class uses a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) format to amp up metabolism, fat burning, and EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). Students move through 4 total rounds of 5 high-low intervals. Each set consists of a high-intensity interval (dance cardio / strength / conditioning) and a low-intensity interval (static yoga pose). This class is taught in room with ambient temperature between 78-80 F. Average calorie burn is 450-600. 


Our HIIT-based resistance training workout targeted to LIFT + SHAPE your BOOTY while toning + strengthening the hips. Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement. During low-intensity intervals, students move through static yoga poses to release the muscle group targeted during the high-intensity interval. Classes range from 25-30 minutes and can be done independently or in conjunction with our other express formats.


Primal flow blends traditional Vinyasa with Buti® Yoga techniques and philosophy to create the perfectly balanced practice of movement and stillness for the Mind, Body, + Soul! Primal Flow uses a formula for sequencing with creativity while maintaining structural integrity. This format works with anatomical principles to bring dynamic, primal, and intuitive movement to life. The re-awakening of our primal nature through the releasing of blocked energy and uniting of the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine in all of us! You will love this class is you love Vinyasa Flow.


DEEP Masterful and intentional, DEEP is restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, assist in the recovery + prevention of bladder / uterine prolapse and diastasis recti, + restore function and unlock / move stored trauma in the fascia. Classes include self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas. Class duration ranges 60-75 minutes including a 7 minute meditation.


This form of yoga works the meridians in the body, which are known as your energy lines. Longer holds and the ability to connect with you breath allow for deep opening of the body, peeling away layers of tension, stress and injury. This slower approach is used to stretch the body to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body. When doing it with infrared heat, the body responds quicker to opening. This class is for all body types and levels of yoga students. If you like this class you will also like DEEP.


A structured combination of high-intensity mvmnt and cardio-based flows that will get your heart pumping and your muscles working, included are slow-flow stretches to relieve any tension. This is strength + cardio + sweat. The perfect combination. If you like this class you will also like BURN. This class is taught in room with ambient temperature between 90-100 F. Average calorie burn is 700-900. 


HOTCORE*

This 30 minute class utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to engage the deep muscles of the core helping students progress exponentially in their yoga practice. Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in Hot Core® build deep core strength through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to static yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen.


VIN YIN*

Flow the first part of this class with your Sun Salutations, balancing poses and opening poses, sequenced to bring you to the second half of class where you finish with longer holds and deeper poses. One hour to allow for connection and opening. This class is taught in room with ambient temperature between 82-86 F. The perfect amalgamation of Vinyasa and Yin.
